Tucker and the Lovelace Motorsports team competed in the night's events at 311 Speedway in Pine Hall, NC.

For the second time in as many weeks, Tucker qualified the car in the 2nd starting spot along side Steve Blackburn. On the start, Blackburn took the lead with Tucker in close pursuit for the first 21 laps. A restart would prove to be what Tucker needed to overtake the lead on lap 22 and hold on to earn the team their second victory.

In qualifying, Tucker put the Lovelace Motorsports #10 Rocket Chassis machine on the outside front row for the start of the feature event. In the first few laps, Tucker would fall back to 3rd and eventually work his way back up to cross the finish line in the 2nd spot. However, after post race inspection, the winner was disqualified for a weight infraction and Tucker and the Lovelace team would inherit the win.

Noel Tucker traveled to Fayetteville Motor Speedway in Fayetteville, NC to enter the Carolina Clash Super Late Model Series event piloting the #10 Lovelace Motorsports, Rocket Chassis machine owned by John & Suzie Lovelace. Tucker started the feature in the 16th spot and had worked his way up to 10th when engine troubles would sideline the team for the remainder of the event.

During Memorial Day weekend Noel and his Tucker Motorsports Team attended 311 Speedway on Saturday and on Sunday, traveled to Princeton, WV for their 2009 season opener, FASTRAK Touring Event.

Saturday nights event started with an early qualifying run which put the #10 in the 6th starting spot to begin the feature race. Tucker made a charge to the front and was running in the 2nd spot when carburetor problems caused him to fall back to the 4th spot where he would be able to hold on and remain until the checkered flag flew.

On Sunday, Tucker qualified 15th for the FASTRAK Touring Event at Princeton Speedway. After locking in the top 6, Tucker started 4th in the 3rd heat where he would quickly work his way into the 2nd spot. In the feature race, he started 12th and worked the bottom of the track, running 7th when on a restart, he was hit from behind and turned, causing him to spin and be sent to the rear of the field. After making his way through the traffic into 9th, he was caught up in a wreck that happened in front of him at which time the team decided to call it a night.
